SOHO Organizer is a suite of three programs that will make managing your contracts and notes a little easier. The contact's information is not limited to an address and a phone number. You can also add files, notes, video files, pictures, maps and much more. Notebook lets you store, categorize, and quickly access the required information. While Print Essentials will help you print labels and forms.

The installation dialog copies three programs into a folder in your applications folder. It takes time to realize that those three programs are highly interconnected. You can access functions of one program in another. For example, adding a note to some contact's information or printing an address label for that contact. On the other hand, each of those program is a stand-alone solution for keeping track of contacts, managing notes, and printing labels and forms.

The Organizer can display your contacts in different views. For example, you can have a continuous list of all of your contacts, or all of the contacts can be separated in alphabetical tabs, just like a regular phone book. Contact information can hold as much data as you need. The name field is not split into last name and first name, so be careful of how you input the names. The organizer also comes with a calendar that is always displayed on your desktop.

Notes already have a couple of examples for you. Some of them are actually interesting and I've spent some time reading through them (like capitals of the world and so on). The very first note gives you examples of how you could use this program for your notes keeping. The program offers ability to group the notes and instantaneously search through information in your notes.

The Print Essentials component of this suite provides you with the templates and tools to print your forms, labels, covers, invoices, reports, letterheads and so on. You can print them using the information stored in the notes or contact organizer described above.

The suite's strength is its ability to sync with mobile devices and MobileMe cloud. Your information will always be with you. I definitely see how, for example, real-estate agents can benefit from this software.
