ShareTool is a powerful application developed by Yazsoft and is used for helping users keep being connected to their Mac. It comes with an appealing interface and an easy-to-use menu that will grant Mac users quick access to all of the features. In order to start using the tool, the users must have a ShareTool account which they are asked to log in. It comes with three modes for port mapping: configure router automatically, port mapped manually and VPN access only. It provides support for multiple networks, thus allowing the users to keep themselves connected to their Mac from various places (work, WiFi locations and others). This feature-rich application lacks customization for appearance and general settings, as it only allows users to choose between several settings for proxy and network. It is rather cheap on resource consumption, so the Mac can still be used by other users while the main user connects to it remotely.
All taken into consideration, it is safe to say that ShareTool is an easy-to-use tool for network sharing; it comes with a modern design and an appealing interface, but what matters here is that it provides good functionality.
