The embedded features are consistent and include complex access controls, to add and remove access for team members, or cloud access logs, so you can easily check who accessed the computer. It must be mentioned that the logs are encrypted and stored in the cloud for up to 90 days.
Moving on, if you're a Jump Desktop user, you can migrate your computer from your personal account to an entire team, in order to optimize daily work tasks.
Last but not least, the app supports both VNC and RDP protocols, and the traffic between computers is encrypted using SSL/TLS.
To sum it up, Jump Desktop Connect is a reliable software tool, available at a fair price, that manages to connect computers from distant locations. There is a small issue with the keyboard window popping out, and some random screen freezes when playing videos, but nothing major.
