SelfControl app has been removed but "Charlie Stigler" is still trying to run in the background. How do you remove it?

To remove "Charlie Stigler" from running in the background, you need to open the Activity Monitor application on your Mac and find the process named "Charlie Stigler". Then, select it and click the "Quit Process" button to stop it from running.
