RoboRoll 1.0

RoboRoll is a logical arcade game that can get very challenging. In the game, you have to create a path so that the yellow robot makes it from the start portal to a portal on the other side of the level.

To do this, you have to rotate the yellow lines to make a path. After the path is done, you can move the robot by using the W, A, S, D keys on your keyboard. There is a catch, though. The robot has limited energy, so you have to be sure that the path that you made will lead it to the other portal with the available energy. If the robot runs out of energy before making it to the portal, you will lose that level.

The first few levels are very simple, and the paths can be made quite easily. After level 4, the game becomes more complicated, because you have to take other types of decisions. For example, on this level, the paths are not connected in two different parts of the level. I couldn't find a solution at first, and I felt quite bad. Then I realized that there were two "L" shaped pieces where the paths didn't connect. The solution was to move the robot to that piece and then rotate the previous one so that the "L" piece would connect with the other side of the line. You can expect a lot of challenges like this during the game.

RoboRoll is a game that made me think quite hard, and for that alone, I can recommend it.
