QAlign2 is a graphical environment for sequence analysis.
Main features:
- motif search: an approximate (IUPAC) search function (modified KMP) for alignments.
- rainbow: motif coloring, import/export of motif libraries.
- boxes: more flexibility, change colors, etc.
The repeating motif graphic is made with selection of some parameters.
This app allows you to open the file which is created by Repeating Motif Saver.
