You can choose from various workout modules (for abs, legs, whole body, etc.) and program types (Lose Weight, Stay Fit, and Tone Muscles). The app offers you detailed health info for each procedure, video tutorials with a professional instructor, and plenty of exercise explanations.
Another good aspect about this application is the fact that it allows you to create your own workout program. After you select the exercises you wish to add to the workout, the app automatically calculates the amount of time you will spend completing this workout session.
Only one thing bothered me during the software testing: you need to make in-app purchases in order to have access to all workout programs.
