PerfectTablePlan helps you organize events, specifically sitting arrangements. The application has an easy-to-use interface with multiple graphic clues that allow you to visualize the results more easily. In this respect, you can enter a floor plan and include tables with different sizes and shapes. Placing someone on a given seat can be simply done by dragging the person’s name from the list to the desired seat, moving them around or even letting the application assign seats automatically based on the data.
Although the graphical part is undoubtedly a big help, it is also great that there is a guest database to keep details about each of the participants in the event. Luckily, you can enter data not only manually but also by importing it from comma-delimited and vCard files. While these formats are quite popular, it would be good if the tool supported other file formats as well.
