Perfect Diet Tracker is a diet management tool for Mac OS X. It is incredibly complete and it allows you to track all your calorie intake and your physical exercises to achieve your dietary goals.
After that, the application will allow you to input all the foods that you ingest during the day and all the exercises that you do, to calculate your calorie intake and usage. You can add any food that you can think of, and this tool has a search engine that can find products on the Internet with nutritional information about them. I added my favorite candy, and I was instantly told how many calories it had, and how much nutritional value: fat, proteins, etc. There is a huge list of physical activities and you can calculate how many calories you will use in X number of minutes, since the application already knows your weight.
All in all, this is one of the best diet management tools I have seen. It has an excellent design and an incredible number of features.

This is very helpful as you do not have to spend time on finding how many calories a product has. You keep track of what exercises you take and what you eat in one app.
