PDF Nomad is a program for Mac users who wish to perform alterations to their PDF files and export them to other output formats.
You don't need much experience in manipulating PDF files as the program provides you with easy to configure built-in utilities and an intuitive interface. By using PDF Nomad, you can duplicate and resize PDF pages, include annotations, add bookmarks if necessary, and much more.
In my opinion, the greatest thing about using this program is the ability to export PDFs to spoken sound files. The output quality is excellent and the text-to-sound conversion is accurate.
The only disadvantage I could find while working with this application was fact that it didn't offer me the option to attach images to my PDF files. Anyway, even though it doesn't support images, this program lets you attach geometrical shapes, links, watermarks, and text boxes to the PDF documents.
To summarize, it's worth trying PDF Nomad. This PDF editing tool provides you with plenty of utilities that help you improve the content of your PDFs, resize their pages and make duplicates.

Sure you can add images to PDF files in PDF Nomad. Just drag an image from the Finder onto a PDF page. You can also import images through the import menu. In that case they are inserted as individual PDF pages.
