The app lets you convert PDF files to formats such as DOC, XLS, TXT, HTML, and EPUB. I like the fact that the program lets you select the proper page range settings, background color (only for HTML output files), has an option to ignore hyperlinks and images from PDFs (only for EPUB output files).
