Oil Paint lets you turn any of your photos into a realistic oil painting which you can print. You can open any photo on your computer. The tool allows you to adjust the oil amount and the image brightness, add Sepia and Vignette filters, pan and zoom using the trackpad, save and print your oil painting.
It provides a very nice and useful collection of stamps for Tux Paint software.
