and SmartTech Quick Notebook which is itself at version 3 - downloadable at http://smarttech.com/us/Support/Browse+Support/Download+Form?download=SMARTNotebookExpress3_0Mac
Smart Tech is a maker (20+ years) of smart whiteboards - their software suite is at version 10.7 - quite expensive and some of their distributors have acquired a bad reputation for benign unresponsive to end users of the smart whiteboard systems.The confusion is to be expected when products use the generic words smart and notebook in their product names. This of course creates confusion when trying to keep ones software up to date
