MacRunCheck is a program that checks a file or folder's modification date.

MacRunCheck is a program that checks a file or folder's modification date and time and restarts a selected application based on the user's definition of the maximum allowable age of the item.

This program also can start or restart a target application once per day at a user selectable time.
