Live Wallpaper is an app that comes with several different wallpapers for your Mac. There are several themes for you to choose from and each of them contains a great wallpaper image, along with weather information and the time. The location of this information changes from theme to theme. For example, there is one called "Modern", with an image of a prairie in spring and the time and a 5-day weather forecast at the top. Then you have a theme that has a great image of the Golden Gate, in San Francisco with the time on the bridge and the weather info in the top-right corner. There were 17 themes available at the time of this review and they all look great.
Live Wallpaper runs on the menubar, from where you can hide the wallpaper, quit the application or access the preferences. There, you will be able to change your location, the units used for the temperature, and choose from all the available themes.
If you have a great image that you want to use with this app, you can load it and the weather information and time will be added on top of it.
In short, Live Wallpaper is a great app for anyone who likes to have information on their wallpaper. Although there aren't many customization options, the themes included all look great and you can also add your own pics, which is great.
