Launch it 2.0

Launch it! allows you to quickly create keyboard shortcuts to launch and open your most used applications. No more need to command-tab to get to the app you want - use Launch it! instead. In this version, Launch it! now opens correctly on every space when Spaces is enabled. It also ignores the 'escape' key when pressed while on the main view, and correctly handles the user clicking away while the 'choose application...' sheet is up.
