Jotto is a challenging word game in which the player attempts to guess a mystery word, it is written in Macintosh C and designed to run using MacOS X. It is based on Apple's Carbon API. Word games and puzzles are spoken or board games often designed to test ability with language or to explore its properties.

I play Jotto dozens of times a day, and all too often find MEZZO or JAZZY as the secret word. And many other more common secret words are used to excess.
Kudos, though, to whomever decided a few months ago to stop providing extremely obscure words—words that very few humans with exceptional vocabularies would be familiar with or use in daily life.
So come on, you lazybones: get off your asses and expand Jotto’s vocabulary considerably! There are many hundreds if not thousands more good, five-letter English words out there that are available!
