Use iPod Reset Utility to restore the following iPod models back to their factory settings when iTunes is unable to do so. The process completely erases all music and data and reinstalls the iPod software version listed below:
- iPod shuffle (1st generation) - iPod Software version 1.1.5.
- iPod shuffle (2nd generation) - iPod Software version 1.0.4.

I'm currently using a Waterproof version of the iPod shuffle for swimming, that I have had for years now. I am currently having some playback issues, and had a problem with the iPod showing up on my iMac desktop. I erased the iPod and now trying to reinstall the iPod software but I'm having problems. I ran across this application, but apparently it only runs in 32-Bit. Any way that it could be updated to run on Ventura OS Version 13.6.7 ? Any other help / suggestions as to how to get my iPod back up and working would be appreciated
