iUSBCam is a software add-on for iChat that allows you to use a USB webcam for video conferencing on Macs that don't meet Apple's requirements for video chat. It also enables you to adjust camera settings such as brightness and contrast, use a DV camera on a G3, and use your screen as a video source.
