iFunia iPad Video Converter 3.2

iFunia iPad Video Converter is a commercial video converter. It can be used to convert video files to formats that can be played on the iPad and other Apple devices.

Technically, this converter outputs files into the H.264 and MPEG-4 formats. Those can be played by the iPad 1, iPad 2, iPod Touch, iPhone and many, many other devices out there.

The app comes with a video editor that allows you to touch up your video, crop it, trim it and add a watermark. I tried using the video editor with an MKV file to shorten it and test its conversion. But the application would become unresponsive every time I tried to launch the editor with the MKV file open.

There are only a few conversion profiles available, and they are all for the iPad. That doesn't mean that other devices won't be able to open the files that you convert using this tool.

In my testing, I used an MKV file. The video editor struggled to work with it, but the file was converted just fine. It looked very good and I didn't notice any video or audio problems with it.

In short, this video converter only supports two output formats. It works mostly well. I am sure you can get better converters out there, though.
