iClock Pro is a timekeeping tool for Mac that provides you with various utilities which help you manage your time effectively.
The main menu of the application can be found on the Mac's Menu Bar. From there you can launch or hide its integrated tools (calendar, floating clocks, stop watch, etc.), set alarms, open the Preferences menu, etc. In addition, the application provides you with direct links to websites where you can convert currencies, find postal codes, news or shopping offers.
This program also lets you customize the appearance of your Menu bar by changing the clock's display mode, showing the icons of recently used apps for easier access, and making the date menu visible (display current date).
iClock Pro might prove to be of great use to freelancers as it offers the tool necessary to keep track of project deadlines, the local time on a certain time zone, and the amount of hours they spend working on their projects.
To conclude, iClock Pro is a smart addition to any user's collection of programs. This small but effective tool brings you dozens of useful utilities, it's very simple to configure, and it doesn't cost much.
Pros
- Easy-to-use and fully-customizable interface
- Gives you access to the local time in various time zones
- Brings a built-in calendar
- You can set sound alarms
Cons
- Couldn't find any disadvantages
I was searching for the one app that would allow me to use specific sounds I supplied. Surprisingle this is the only one I find. I was however extremely disappointed in the user interface. Yes it seems to havbe just about every feature I would ever need. BUT the User interface is terrible. I can’t set the time for the alarm to go off without have the sound go off. It is also not straightforard in setting the time It takes me 5+ mutes to set the time. As the controls are small. I like to have several alarms but for some reason it is niot obvious on how to cancel. It works and yes I paid for it but I think I should ask for my money back.
I am not sure what is going on here... the app says version 5.8.94 and the app store says the same, but it is flagged as new. Still buggy and should have been fixed at least by 2.0, not 5.8.94.
A clock application with wide functionality. I'm thinking over turning to it.
