iClock is a very comprehensive clock for your menu bar. With this application, not only will you be able to see the current date and time, but also a calendar, floating clocks with different time zones, a stopwatch, a calculator, and a countdown timer.

Managing tasks and to-do is also made quite easy with the mini calendar included in the menu bar.

What is more, you will also be able to set multiple alarms and customize them the way you want. The application even adds a list with all your open programs in the menu bar, together with the system preferences, application preferences, and many other things. It even includes a feature which provides web information, such as zip and postal codes, phone numbers, and tracing/lookup sites, to name but a few. In addition to this, the clock is customizable, so you can make it exactly to your liking and needs.

The only problem that I had with iClock came up when I decided to uninstall it. Dragging its application files to the Trash didn't do the trick. I also tried removing it from my login items, but nothing worked.

Pros

  • Fully customizable
  • Includes a calendar, alarms, multiple time zones, etc
  • Very easy to use

Cons

  • Couldn't uninstall it

I was searching for the one app that would allow me to use specific sounds I supplied. Surprisingle this is the only one I find. I was however extremely disappointed in the user interface. Yes it seems to havbe just about every feature I would ever need. BUT the User interface is terrible. I can’t set the time for the alarm to go off without have the sound go off. It is also not straightforard in setting the time It takes me 5+ mutes to set the time. As the controls are small. I like to have several alarms but for some reason it is niot obvious on how to cancel. It works and yes I paid for it but I think I should ask for my money back.

I am not sure what is going on here... the app says version 5.8.94 and the app store says the same, but it is flagged as new. Still buggy and should have been fixed at least by 2.0, not 5.8.94.

A clock application with wide functionality. I'm thinking over turning to it.
