FSA-OWI John Collier is an application that shows over 5,000 photographs taken by John Collier Jr. for the Farm Security Administration (FSA) and the Office of War Information (OWI) from 1941 to 1943.
Most of the photos are smaller than full screen, but still large enough to enjoy and study. About 100 of them are larger and mostly fill the iPad screen.
