Forecast Bar is an application that provides useful weather information. The program installs in the menu bar of your Mac computer so that you can access it with ease each time you want to be informed about the weather conditions in your location. Optionally, you can set the app to appear as a Dock application.
Once you launch the application, you are offered with comprehensive weather information that is constantly updated at a time interval you determine. This information includes temperature-related data, the level of humidity, the cloud conditions, the rain prognosis, the air quality, and other useful time and weather details. The forecast data are displayed within an attractive resizable panel, which can be customized in order to show you the conditions for the current day, as well as for the next 3 and 5 days. Furthermore, you can make additional adjustments regarding the frequency of data updates, the preferred language and measure units, and the level of background transparency. By default, the application displays the weather conditions of the current location identified by your Mac. Still, you can select new locations, between which you can switch easily using custom keyboard shortcuts.
