The application Fitness Calculator is very easy to use. Simply enter your age and press the Calculate button. If you are a female then select the female radio button before hitting Calculate. You can also move the slider left and right to different tick marks to display a description of what your perceived exertion would be. For example if you are sitting at home on the couch you'd be at a 1 out of 10 of the effort level...if you were running a marathon at top pace then you'd be closer to a 10 at the end of the race (hopefully not before!).
Determine your maximum heart rate based on your sex and age. Determine your level of workout intensity using the RPE slider.
Calculates delay and reverb pre-delay times based on the tempo the user inputs.
