EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard is a Mac program that helps you restore lost files. The application is capable of restoring the files you lost due to accidental deletion, OS X crash, virus infection, etc.
This program comes with easy to configure scan settings, immediately scans the selected device, and helps you recover files of various formats. Besides allowing you to recover lost files from your Mac, this utility also provides you with an easy way to restore deleted files from multiple types of devices, like USB sticks, memory cards, digital cameras, iPods, etc.
The application lets you choose between a limited amount of scan filters. To be more precise, you can only select the type of file you wish to restore. Other file recovery programs provide you file formats, sizes, creation date filters. Furthermore, the utility doesn't offer you the ability to pre-view or pre-listen the found files before launching the recovery process.
Another disadvantage is that you need to restart the app in order to scan the USB storage devices you connected to your Mac while EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard was running. The app might also run slow when configuring the scan settings.
In my opinion, you can find better solutions for recovering data on your Mac. This app has too many flaws and is a bit pricey.

It is a good data recovery tool. My only complaint is the help and/or the user guide don't go into detail about the available options/features. Some of those options/features are obvious, some of them are not. I recovered all my lost data, and i mean almost a life's worth of personal data without a loss! after my spanned dynamic disks were corrupted during a disk volume shrink operation. I was surprised how the deep scan locates files created and then deleted years ago because hard disks were never wiped-clean or low-level formatted.
