DupHunter is visual similarity duplicate picture finder. It will find all similar and duplicate images and photos in a folder.

DupHunter analyzes your digital pictures and automatically selects the best shot out of the many duplicates on your system, allowing you to delete duplicate pictures in a one mouse clicks. DupHunter uses a content-based image search. This allows the program to search images by visual similarity. You can search for resized, rotated at any angel, and flipped photos as well.
