2.5.1 (See all)

Disk Space Pro is designed to help you retrieve disk drive information. The tool scans hard drives, network drives, external drives, home folders, and custom folders. This way, you will have a clear overview of the disk space consumption, with relevant file and folder size information.

The program has a simple and clear-cut interface. The left panel has a modular appearance so that you can easily select the drives, the home folders, and the specific directories you wish to scan. In addition, the utility keeps the history of your previous scans so that you can retrieve any size-related information at a later time. Before enabling the scan operation, you can customize the app's settings to match your needs. Therefore, you may ask the program to display hidden items and large files that exceed a specific size you determine. Once the scan of specific drives or folders is over, you have the ability to drill down to subfolders in order to view their sizes and the amount of disk space taken by each file saved at that location. Moreover, you can preview the items in Finder and retrieve detailed file- and folder-related information with Quick Look and Get Info. The scan results support being sorted by size so that you can see at a glance what items take the most space.

In short, Disk Space Pro offers to display the structure of your drives and folders with size-related information about each item. Unfortunately, you can't remove files and folders from within the application, though you can identify their location more easily and get useful information about the space they take on your hard drive.
