The installment is extremely easy to complete and doesn't last too long. Once you've started the application, you discover a standard user interface, with well-delimited work areas, that makes menu navigation quite intuitive. There aren't text formatting options, nor extra skin themes. Yet, the toolbar icons have a modern look and seem very well crafted.
As you start using the app, you get in contact with its main features. They consist in Scan options, that can be scheduled to start at a specified interval, or system alerts - in case an unknown device connects to your wireless network.
Furthermore, it provides users the possibility to ping other network devices or computers and detect firewalled computers that don't respond to the respective pings.
In conclusion, WiFi Guard is a smart application that helps individuals to better protect their computer against unwanted guests, that may try to connect to their private network.
