Info updated on:

Web Gallery for Mac is a commercial web gallery creator. It can also create 3D templates for your images, flash banners and more. The application can be used by anyone, because it comes with templates that range from simple web photo albums to scrolling 3D albums. The end-user only has to add his/her personal pictures and publish the template. It is that easy.

The graphical user interface helps a lot to make the app really intuitive. When you first launch Web Gallery for Mac, you will see a sample of a 3D gallery. You can click on any picture to see it in a bigger size and scroll using the mouse or arrow keys. If you want to add your own pictures, all you have to do is click on "Media" and drag and drop the images from Finder onto the application's window. You can also add music by dragging a music file. Once the images are added, you can choose among a variety of templates. They are sorted into 3D templates and general templates.

When you are done applying the last touches to your project, you can publish it in a variety of different ways. First, you can save an HTML and SWF file onto a folder on your Mac to manually add it to a web project or simply open it with your browser. You can also upload the project to Wondershare's servers and add it to your blog or Myspace page from there. The app also has an FTP client that you can use to upload the project directly to your website.

It is really easy to create 3D projects with this application, and the templates library provides a good choice. Though, to my mind, it is rather expensive, even taking into account the ability to add music to the project.
