VP3L is a patch-based visual programming language similar to Max/MSP, Pd, Jmax etc. It has a 3d programming space, hence we can easily rotate, zoom in/out and walk through inside the program during coding and performances.
Parameter such as frequency or amplitude it is controlled by the positions to objects. For example, the distance of the object directly becomes large, parameter became large and volume becomes small.
VP3L's 3d programming space is also a sound space. The position of the output (DAC converter) objects in the 3d programming space corresponds to that of the sound sources in the 3d audio environment. The both performers and audiences can also walk through the sound space during the performance.
