This php upload script does not require a MySQL database and is designed for web design control panels. The new email notification feature requires a mail server. This version has fixed a bug that caused the submit to redirect to the wrong script and has replaced code that used old-style superglobals, fixing the bug that prevented it from executing on php configurations with register_globals disabled.
