With this app you can convert text, RTF, HTML, and Word/Excel/PowerPoint documents in Vietnamese legacy formats (VNI, VISCII, VPS, TCVN3, or VIQR), NCR (windows-1252, iso-8859-1), and Unicode Composite (NFD) to Unicode Precomposed (NFC) format.
