Info updated on:

iWork Converter is intended to convert iWork files into other formats. Various conversion pairs are supported, such as Pages into Word, Numbers into Excel and Keynote into PowerPoint. Similarly, all of the iWork formats can be converted into PDF documents.

If one advantage of this tool were to mention, it would be ease of use. In this regard, the tool has a very simple interface onto which you can drag and drop a single file or a group of them. Fortunately, the rest happens automatically. However, this simplicity has the drawback of not allowing to choose a page range to convert from your source files.

It is possible to go to Preferences and set the desired output folder as well as the target formats. Moreover, in the case of PDFs, you can specify a given image quality, which has an impact on the size of the resulting files.

Unfortunately, iWork Converter has some limitations. One of them is that it will not work unless there is a proper iWork version installed on your system. Likewise, the conversion is not very efficient because, although it supports batch conversion, files will be converted one at a time.

All in all, even though it has evident drawbacks, iWork Converter provides a easy way to make your iWork files accessible on other applications and operating systems. The product can be tried for free and is available in two licenses: Standard and Enterprise.
