Unblock Everything opens up an external window where no content filters are active. It opens up a new window independent of Chrome that does not run any extensions, including extensions such as Securly that monitor the websites you visit and block them. This app does not circumvent district-enforced proxies, so they can still filter out some websites, but those ones can always be accessed in other ways, such as using another proxy in this app.
