Track Concatenator is an application that helps you join together iTunes tracks. This program allows you to merge tracks from iTunes, chapterize them, and add them to your iTunes music library.

It joins together MP4/AAC files without re-encoding. It joins other file types (or mixtures of file types) with re-encoding to MP4/AAC at the highest bitrate of the input files.
