The sets currently contain a total of 40 Keynote themes, 43 business slides, 9 chart themes, 8 themes of data visualization, 203 maps, 230 flags, 516 clipart images, 15 character styles, 280 bullets, 177 frames, 243 patterns, 722 doodles, 50 badges, 6 ribbons, and 101 icons in three colors. You can purchase these by piece, by category, or by set. The selection will be regularly updated with new items.
Once you have purchased an item, you can open it in Keynote with just one click (or in your default preview application for Clipart Prime images). Most objects in the themes can be edited without difficulty. All images in Elements for Keynote and Clipart Prime include transparent backgrounds that allow placing them on various colors and patterns. The PNG format lets you to adjust brightness, tint, and other image parameters.

When I tried to find it in the App Store it said that it is not available in the US store. Any other way to obtain it, or is it eminently going to be available in the US?
