Shapefile Explorer is a simple utility that lets you explore a shape file (.shp) and their complements, .dbf and .shx files.
All you need to do is press the open button to choose your shape file and its accompanying .dbf and .shx files. The app sandboxing requires you to select the 3 files from the open dialog - otherwise, the app won’t have permission to open all the files.
