ScreenSteps provides users with a smart and intuitive documentation assistant. With one tool alone you will be able to take screenshots of any area of the screen, add text, and organize content in projects. All this and much more is available within a compact and simple to use graphic interface.

Projects are made up of a series of lessons, which consist of one or multiple "steps" and tags. Steps store either image or text content. This makes it much easier to search within the project and locate information but also to modify it at a later date.

The Lesson Palette provides a more comprehensive view of the whole documentation. The autosave function will make sure your work is constantly preserved even in the eventuality of an error or shut down.

Export capabilities are available in a choice of multiple formats: Word, PDF, HTML, each with its own templates. The output may also be published online from within the application.

ScreenSteps is an all-in-one documentation solution that is aimed for all users. It can turn an otherwise tiresome activity into an enjoyable task.
