RightFont can help you preview, install, synchronize and manage the font families installed on your computer. The tool has been designed not to interfere with the creative process. In this regard, it runs from the Status Bar, and, not only that, it can be made even more unobtrusive by completely hiding its icon there.
The tool automatically searches your system for font files and displays them in a convenient manner. It is great that it can even work with various professional design apps, such as Photoshop and Sketch. From the main window, you preview the fonts using one of the built-in templates or a customized text. Likewise, it is possible to set your favorite font size. Since the list of font files may be somewhat long, it is good that you can use filters or the built-in search function to find the desired ones. Besides, the app creates smart lists, which classify fonts into four categories: Activated, Deactivated, Recently Added and Auto Activated. Similarly, you can mark your favorites for future reference or open their container folder.
All in all, RightFont comes in handy for publishers and designers working in teams, who want to make sure they all use the appropriate fonts. Another convenient feature is that it can synchronize fonts on the cloud. In this respect, such font-sharing platforms as Google, Adobe and Sky are supported. Although there are claims about this app being difficult to use, the only problem with using this product I can find is that it has a price while other similar tools are available for free.
