Proxtoggie toggles the web proxy ON/OFF for AirPort & Ethernet. If you run proxtoggie when the proxy is OFF, it turns the proxy ON and vice versa. (You can actually open up the proxies preferences pane while running proxtoggie and see it check and uncheck the setting) cost: enjoy, it's free
