Mac PowerSuite was created to help you optimize the performance of your system. This program provides you with a simple way to find and delete duplicated documents and large files, uninstall applications from your Mac, and immediately and securely remove any type of data from your computer.
As soon as you launch the utility on your Mac it starts scanning the contents of your system. Once the scanning process is complete, it reveals the amount of space you can reclaim by removing the found files (junk files, user caches, browser history, etc.).
The application also features an integrated duplicate finder. This built-in tool might prove to be of good use if you're dealing with a large collection of media files and require a simple way to get rid of unnecessary song, photo or video copies.
Another advantage is the fact that it helps you delete private documents without leaving any trace behind. By using the Eraser tool you can permanently remove personal files from your computer and prevent other users from recovering the deleted data.
Unfortunately, this app doesn't work 100%. In my testing, it occasionally ran slowly. Another flaw is the fact that it doesn't help you find and remove leftover files and unsupported apps from your Mac.
In my opinion, it doesn't worth buying this application for your Mac. You can find many programs, such as CleanMyMac, that provide you with more features, work perfectly, and are affordable.
