With this application you can easily write your posts in Markdown and then post directly to Scriptogram with Command P. Postie supports the Notification Center, to give you information on your post status. If you just type a filename in the text box at the top of the screen, you can then open or save a file of that name.
Plug-in for Apple Mail that posts a Growl notification every time new mail arrives containing the text of the message.
