Permissions Reset is a handy Mac tool that provides you with a very simple way to reset the permissions of any file, folder or application that you might have stored on your Mac. With the help of this program you can easily fix multiple permission-related problems like saving your work in the Documents folder or ever use various applications.

Using Permissions Reset is very simple and all you have to do is drag-and-drop the file, folder or application directly on the interface. Once you have done that you can quickly reset the permission with just a click of a mouse or access the advanced options and manually change the owner, group and permissions with very little effort.

When dealing with folders, Permissions Reset allows you to apply the changes you make to the contents and, if you are using Leopard, you can even remove the ACL (Access Control List), which causes multiple problems for many users.

To sum it all up, if you are ever in need of a simple and efficient Mac application that allows you to reset and change the permissions of any file, folder or application, then you will definitely enjoy Permissions Reset.
