Onlytasks allows you, with little effort, to sort, classify, and prioritize your tasks easily and conveniently. In addition to the book where it is situated and its title, each task can have due date, notes, and tags; this allows you to focus on tasks and eliminate unnecessary and superficial information.
Onlytasks for iPhone allows synchronization with an Evernote account so you can also edit your tasks from Evernote and always have a backup of your data.
Onlytasks can help save you time and organize your life with an easy and uncomplicated to use system. It is so convenient you'll enjoy staying more organized and look forward to working with it frequently!
Enter and prioritize your tasks, and later sort, find, and classify with no great effort on your part.
Tasks and notes are put into folders or category holders we call "NOTEBOOKS". Inside the Notebooks categories, you create tasks and enter a name/title/label for each one. Every task in your notebook can have optional dates due, tags, and can be marked with a STAR to stand out and be pre-sorted in the "STARS" folder in the STATUS side bar.
There is a flexible notes section where you can type in or paste in several lines of text. The notes section expands as you need more space and is user-adjustable to go to the side or bottom of the main window.
Onlytasks is designed to help you drill down and focus, is adaptable to work differently for different people the way they think, and it is not over complicated to use.
Onlytasks for OS X allows synchronization with an Evernote account so you can also edit your tasks from Evernote and always have a backup of your data. (Look at http://www.bitgeenius.com/onlytaskseng.html for information about keywords that Onlytasks used to identify data in Evernote notes).
Onlytasks for OS X allows partial synchronization with iCal, you can submit your tasks to iCal and create events related to them. These tasks and events remain synchronized in the title and date. You can also choose that when complete a task in Onlytasks delete its event in iCal. You can send a task to iCal through menu Edit -> Send task(s) to iCal or add the appropiate button to your toolbar.
And if you have an iOS device you can use Onlytasks for iOS and have your tasks on your Mac and your iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad perfectly synchronized (using an Evernote account).
