Whenever the MacBook starts the ON1 Application Manager starts also. I can't find a way to disable that.

Yes, you can disable the autostart of the ON1 Application Manager on your MacBook by going to System Preferences > Users & Groups > Login Items, and then removing the ON1 Application Manager from the list of items that start up automatically.
