OLM Exporter has the ability to convert and export your Outlook for Mac data file (.olm) contents quickly. It allows you to convert your Contacts, Calendar/Tasks, and Mails from OLM files to .vcf, .ics, and .mbox files. In addition, it lets you export Contacts, Calendar events, and Tasks from OLM to Apple Contacts (Address Book), Apple Calendar (iCal), and to Apple Reminders.
