OE Text Reader reads text aloud and converts it into audio. It is also a simple plain text editor. All you need to do is load text from a TEXT, RTF, or RTFD file or just copy and paste the text into the editor, and click the Read button. The text read can be converted into an audio file (AIFF type). You can start, pause, resume, and stop the reading, or change the voice rate.
