Mountain Crime: Requital is another one adventure for hidden object and puzzle game lovers. The protagonist of the game is a doctor, Philip White, who has been called urgently to a patient to the White Wolf Hotel at a mountain resort. That seems to be a usual case, but this is the place the adventure begins from. The weather is awful, the only way to the hotel (a bridge) collapses right at the moment Philip is on it. Survived, he gets to the hotel and sees nobody, but soon he finds some guests, and a victim after victim...
Your task is to play as Philip and find out who a killer at this divided from the world hotel is. Find hidden objects, solve puzzles, and figure out the mystery.
Mountain Crime is rather an ordinary game, can't say I could not put it down. The puzzles it offers are easy to solve enough, the hidden object scenes are the same: you need to find objects by their shape. Everything should be done in its order, to be honest I was a bit tired from "running" around the hotel. Though, the detective angle of the storyline interacts you somehow. You can play the game in regular or expert mode. In the first one the hint button recharges quickly, and interactive zones are highlighted. In the latter the hint button recharges slowly, and the zones are not highlighted.
By the way I also was not amazed by sound effects. The music is pleasant enough, but voicing is not always active.
