Min is an Internet browser which promises to be fast and minimal. It is based on Chromium so it inherits most of its advantages from this popular open-source project, which has served as base for other widely used browsers. Thus, it is fast and reliable.
Increasingly minimalistic interfaces has been one of the trends that have dominated browser graphical design in recent years, which in the case of Min has been taken to the extremes. As most other browsers, Min supports opening different webpages thanks to its support of tabs, and even its reduced set of preferences can be accessed through a tab. What is more, you can create groups of tabs called "tasks".
The browser is quite respectful of your privacy, so it does not ask for any personal information. Yet, this normally has the cost of preventing cross-device synchronization. To help you find previously visited contents, it allows managing bookmarks as well as conducting full-text search on your browsing history. Likewise, it comes with built-in automatic blocking of ads and trackers.
All in all, Min is a good attempt to provide users with a very light browser in relation to file size, resource demands, and visual design. However, it may not be what you expect in terms of other features you can usually find in other browsers, such as file downloaders, VPN connections and media catchers. Since it is not based on the latest version of Chromium, this browser may lack some security patches. The product is absolutely free.
